If you’re located in the GTA, this is a guarantee; for clients outside of Ontario, products are securely shipped to you. Quality and care are at the core of everything we do, ensuring you receive the best experience from start to finish. Should you require floor plans, rest assured they are crafted with the same attention to detail and high standards as our physical products.

  • Yes, just fill out the form at the bottom of each of our pages.

  • Approximately 3-6 weeks, depending on project complexity.

  • Approximately 1-3 days of on-site installation time. Install days will be scheduled duringthe final stages of fabrication.

  • No. All custom drum enclosures are handcrafted to your specifications and cannot be returned. Custom drum enclosures are only available through filling out our form. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Handmade products may be returned only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from their description. Notification must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days. After review, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund options. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Once a return is approved, Balfour Custom Creations will coordinate a convenient pickup or drop-off time via email. Depending on distance, a return service fee may apply.
